ABOUT
My name is Jena, and I am an LSU senior pursuing a Kinesiology degree with a Biological Science minor, where I am actively working towards applying to PA school. I am actively involved in my community both in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, pursue research in the Pedagogical Kinesiology lab, and hold a leadership recruitment role in Zeta Tau Alpha. As a first-generation college student, LSU has given me the opportunity to succeed through various resources. I am on track to graduate with College Honors, the highest distinction of the Roger Ogden Honors College with a successfully defended thesis. I currently work as a Medical Assistant in Orthopedics and shadow various PAs to help decide my future. This website serves as a portfolio for the involvement I have held throughout college and explains the various communication skills I have learned.
